To all the clients who take it personally when I'm too busy to answer their calls: relax, I can't always get to the phone to take a call and I don't have a receptionist to answer them for me! It is not anything personal, so please don't send angry texts to me asking why I am ignoring you.

Annalise, may I suggest that someone who is so rude and disrepectful to send such texts could well end up a bad client. Therefore, ignore them!!
