Hi Kim and Carmen,
I hope you don't mind me sticking my nose in where it doesn't belong.
I make no judgments as, of course, I have no way of knowing whether you were in the right or in the wrong. But no doubt you will know the answer to that yourselves, and will have learnt something useful from the experience one way or the other.
I just wanted to send you "seasonal greetings", and hope that you and anyone who sees you will have a happy time over the coming days.

WOW,you are all nice and polite now.Maybe business isnt that good since you seem to have shot yourselves in the feet with the other previuos rude and snoty posts that you were making.Thats the worst thing you can do especially when you are introducing yourselves to the forum here, and looking for business.
If a punter didnt get a good service from you and felt that you were a rip off, then he is perfectly entitled to say so here and let other forum users know,so you should respect that. Not make very rude and snoty posts to that member.Arrogence and rudeness wont get you any business here.
Best of luck and Merry Christmas.

We know that but we thought the review system was for reviews everyone in entitled to post a review good or bad.In Charlies case he chose to slanders us a bit to much. We have quite a bit of support from clients from this site. Just because the man can use a pc it does not give him the right to slag us off.We are nice girls and do not normall be angry.
we did not mean to be snotty.Towards the end of the night we did get a bit fed up.Anyway hope all had a happy xmas.We will not be responding to this again.
Thank you
Kim
