Just bumping this as it it seems my voicemail isn't working. I recorded an outgoing message to say I'm not well, but for some reason callers are just getting a vodafone msg to say my phone is turned off :roll:

Sounds as though you need to reset your voicemail. Try dialling 1211 and hit the call button. Hope this does the trick.

Its prob to do with your diverts. Generally if it doesnt go to your message minder, it means that there's a problem with one or all of your diverts.

Make sure that you set up all diverts (when busy, when off, etc) to your voice mail box no....which is your no with a '5' added to after the 3rd number. ie 087 5 8123456.
